★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist betraden we het grote en vrijwel lege parkeerterrein van dit mooie kasteel om even ons ijsje te nuttigen omdat dit bij de plaatselijke ijssalon (Berties ijssalon) i.v.m. carona niet kan. Vrijwel direct kwam er een busje van de academie naar ons toe met de vraag of we het terrein wilden verlaten, omdat dit privé terrein zou zijn. Helaas hadden we dit niet gezien, het bordje van het Gelders landschap valt meer op. Direct verlieten we het parkeerterrein en we zijn met de auto even voor het terrein bij de straat gaan staan om het ijsje verder op te eten, om daarna onze weg direct weer te kunnen vervolgen. Wat schetst onze verbazing: de meneer eerder genoemd in dit verhaal komt direct naar ons toe en sommeert ons te vertrekken, want anders zal hij de politie wel even bellen. Ook de inrit, het deel buiten het hek, is privé terrein en dus verboden U begrijpt dat we hoogst verbaasd zijn door zoveel onvriendelijkheid, helemaal omdat we direct het terrein hebben verlaten. aangezien we niet snel genoeg vertrokken begon de medewerker te telefoneren naar ik dan denk de politie. Ons heerlijke ijsje was ondertussen op dus zijn we weggegaan.
Onze tip is om voor deze medewerker een lekker ijsje te halen bij de ijssalon, zodat hij hopelijk wat minder zuur is naar andere mensen toe.

Our delicious ice cream was finished so we left.
Our tip is to get a nice ice cream for this employee at the ice cream parlor, so that hopefully he is less sour towards other people.
