Hire people who know how to answer a phone and how to speak to customers. The lady I spoke to doesn't know much about it.

Je betaalt netjes je maandelijkse verplichtingen, maar mag vervolgens door uitblijvende acties en reacties van je boekhouder zelf achter je aanmaningen aanhollen.....!! Ze blijven wel in contact, das op zich redelijk.Echter, de kwaliteit is gewoon veels te mager. Geen output, dus zegt u t maar als ondernemer.. doen..? Wegblijven en een betere zoeken. Dit is absoluut niet wat je wilt en wilt overkomen als t om je geldzaken gaat en ik mag toch best voorzichtig roepen dat dat onze hoogste prioriteit heeft.. Er worden afspraken gemaakt en vervolgens wordt dit niet nageleefd waardoor andere daar de dupe van worden. Enige tijd geleden is er aangegeven dat mijn partner geen klant meer bij jullie wil zijn. Vervolgens heeft hij dit terug laten draaien en heeft hij voor deze vrijdag een afspraak gemaakt om wat zaken bij jullie te regelen. Vervolgens komt hij bij jullie voor zijn afspraak en krijgt hij te horen dat het klantenbestand is ververst en hij dus verwijderd is. Dit terwijl hij telefonisch te horen heeft gekregen dat hij nog in het klantenbestand staat en het nog niet ververst is. Mijn man kan hierdoor niet verder met zijn eigen onderneming en moet dankzij jullie nog wel de komende zes weken kosten blijven betalen voor zijn leasecontract! Ik vind het zeer onprofessioneel hoe het er binnen jullie bedrijf aan toe gaat! Jullie collega had nog het lef om mijn partner te vragen of hij zich opnieuw wil laten inschrijven. Wij gaan dit keer op zoek naar een bedrijf die verstand van zaken heeft! After being turned away last week by one of your colleagues who did not know much about it, it is hit again this week.
