Wrong with my medication for the umpteenth time. Also change without consultation. What a ball tent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik blijf van mening dat ze bij deze Apotheek een cursus omgaan met klanten moeten doen. Niet vriendelijk en niet klantgericht. 1 medewerker helpt ook al is de zaak helemaal vol. Je ziet er genoeg rond lopen maar helaas. Het gemopper om je heen is dan ook flink te horen. Jammer had ook anders gekund.
I remain of the opinion that they should do a course in dealing with customers at this pharmacy. Not friendly and not customer oriented. 1 employee helps even if the case is completely full. You see enough walking around but unfortunately. You can hear the murmur around you. Too bad could have been different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service, medicijnen zijn altijd te laat bij Deen, en daar geven ze Deen vervolgens de schuld van????
Of ze vergeten je te bellen om te zeggen dat medicijnen in bestelling staan waardoor je 3 keer voor Jan met de korte achternaam naar Deen rijdt. Als je dan vraagt om ze vervolgens te bezorgen dan zijn ze daar niet toe bereid. Waardeloos dus. 1 ster is nog 1 ster te veel.
Bad service, medicines are always late at Deen, and then they blame Deen for that ????
Or they forget to call you to say that medicines are on order, so that you drive to Deen 3 times for Jan with the short last name. If you then ask for them to be delivered, they are not willing to do so. So worthless. 1 star is 1 star too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima apotheek! Al jaren standaard medicatie. Helaas besluit de zorgverzekeraar wat voor soort medicatie er voorkeur heeft, dat is mij goed uitgelegd. Jammer dat de zorgverzekeraar zoveel invloed heeft en voor de patiënt bepaalt wat er verstrekt moet worden ivm het kostenplaatje. Als er iets wijzigt krijg ik altijd keurig een e-mail. En het is een dorpsapotheek, geen ziekenhuisapotheek die veel voorraad hebben. Ja, het komt wel eens voor dat een medicijn besteld moet worden als ik ad hoc iets nodig heb, ook dan krijg ik een e-mail als het klaar ligt.

And it's a village pharmacy, not a hospital pharmacy that have a lot of stock. Yes, it sometimes happens that a medicine has to be ordered if I need something ad hoc, even then I receive an e-mail when it is ready.
