โ โ โ โ โ Saved my life on vacation. My glasses broke and we were desperate in finding a place that could potentially fix them or replace them if need be. We happened upon this shop and they had my lenses and a pair of frames in house and I had a brand new pair of glasses in under an hour. Still at a price that was less than half at a major store in the states!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ A few days ago, I had an appointment to check my eyes. Very professional service and a lot of nice glasses to choose from. Would definitely recommend Ace & Tate (Haarlemmerstraat)

โ โ โ โ โ I didn hav e a good experience here. The staff in the store was extremely loud and making jokes, because of that I had a hard time hearing the questions that the guy was was aking me to measure my eyes. Also when that was finished he told me that the staff would help me to pick out glasses. I waited for 20 minutes but nobody ever came and helped me, they were too busy laughing and making jokes between the staff. Really unprofessional if you ask me, wont go back ever again.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience, I booked eye test and because I was 8 minutes late they refused to do the test. The employee told me that the appointment was cancelled because I was 15 minutes late. I showed him my watch and you could see that it was only 8 minutes more than the scheduled time. He continued by saying that there is nothing he can do. I had booked the appointment 15 days ago because they did not have any earlier timeslot and I have to wait again to book another one. I do not recommend this place at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Came in to get my frames replaced under warranty and the staff were really helpful! Really appreciate the Asian employee with short hair that helped me out.

โ โ โ โ โ Very unfriendly staff. I was a couple minutes late for an eye test and in the meantime they have already taken in another customer. They did't offer me other options for an eye test or any help with choosing glasses.
