β β β β β On Saturday 10 April, I went to collect my orders, but the staffs couldn't find anything. Even with my order number. Instead of rectifying their own shortcoming, both of the man and young woman even suggested whether I ordered them in another store. It's the nearest store from my house, so it's a bit ridiculous to even hear. On top of that, my other order with nearly 70 Euro, which I collected on Friday 9 April, they had gathered some completely wrong items, and some damaged ones. I trusted them so much that I took without even checking, later only to be scolded my spouse. Action please do your job good, especially during current COVID-19 led stressful time.

β β β β β Very good shop , I love it , but the worst service ever. Some people working there are the least polite people I saw in my life ...
I think in total I spent more than a thousand euro in 1 month in that shop and the is one always smoking at the entrance to the face of the whole queue
And while asking her something in the store she is always answering impolitely and even laugh (she is kind of manager there)
Love the shop , but some workers are really spoiling the shop...
