R	Ron Van Der Mije on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and very cheap store for office stuff like portfolio s, pens etcetera. Also sells little electronic stuff, kitchen stuff, clothes, cosmetics, toys, tools, paint, garden stuff, home decoration stuff, detergents and a lot more. Ofcourse the quality isn t very good but this is what you can expect when you buy this cheap. The racks can be quite messy but still it s a nice store where you can t walk out without buying something.

H	Hai Vo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need something cheap and fast disposable, action is your store. The produce there is not sustainable at all, but the cheap costumes and party decorations are my favorite there. The shop is very clean and well lit. Personnel is friendly and polite.

Tried to return a bike lock that unfortunately had to be opened to realize that wasn't suitable for my bike. Got refused the return (all shops in the Netherlands accept opened boxes, if all items are returned). A polite employee has requested the manager on the return policy and the manager rudely told me that open items can't be returned. When i asked the reason they weren't acting like other shops she just told "this are the rules, you can read it at the entrance. We don't take opened items". I said that i was finding it customer unfriendly and a got replied in an arrogant way "we don't take it back. That's the rule!" and she walked away irritated. I think the top management of Action Haarlem Schalkwijk should take some action with the lady reaponsible of the shop today around 17.15h. A good course of manners and customer service is really advised!

L	LennyBoyOne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely mental mate i bought a shower head to break into my neighbours house and it worked absolutely mint only downside is that it doesnt work very well as a showerhead once the internals have been smashed to bits but that’s expected as i only payed 7 euros and got 50 back ?
