β β β β β Like other action stores..good thing is in Zuidplein shopping mall location where this store is available. Compare to other action stores there are not plenty of things. Things which you are looking not guarantee that you always can find or get it here.. staff is good. They have scope to improve. Best wishes..

They had a lot of stuff and when I got to the checking out, we only had to pay 75 euros for 3 big bags of stuff.
Had the most of basic stuff needed for my new house, however a lot of stuff was out of stock.

- Prices, prices, prices.
- Most items are pretty good quality.
- Properly stocked most of the time.
- Easy to get your money back.
- Self-service counters are a huge improvement.
NEGATIVES:
- Personnel at counters often doesn't greet you or wish you a good day (definitely a new phenomenon in NL).
- Long lines at the counter and VERY slow responses to that for years. Although the self-service counters solved that for 90%.
