Aber wehe man sendet etwas zurück weil es einem nicht gefällt. Ich hatte ein Set bestellt, Kopf, Kleid Schuhe und eine kleine Halskette. In der Beschreibung steht Kopf passend zu Body PLMB2017-S22. Nun, das stimmt nicht. Ich habe den Kopf aus der Folie gezogen und neben genau diesen Körper gehaltenen den ich bereits besitze. Der Kopf ist um Welten dunkler als der empfohlene Körper. Ich rief dem Verkäufer an um ihn mitzuteilen das ich dieses Set bitte zurücksenden möchte und seine Stimme wurde schon merklich anders und ernster als bei den Telefonaten die wir zuvor bei anderen Käufen tätigten. Nun Gut, ich sendete die Sachen zurück. 2 Tage Später bekam ich eine email, der Verkäufer schreibt die Halskette fehlt. Ich soll 7,60 Euro senden so das er mir das Set mit der fehlenden kette erneut zusendet, andernfalls würde er dieses Set nach 3 Monaten entsorgen. Ich sendete also 7.60 Euro und bekam ein paar Tage erneut das Set zugestellt. Das erstaunliche war, der Puppenkopf in "diesem Set" war noch originalverpackt obwohl ich diesen zuvor zur Ansicht geöffnet hatte. Ich habe diese Halskette nicht entnommen, ich habe diese kleine Kette die ich übrigens bei Ebay für 3- 4 Euro kaufen kann nicht gestohlen. Nun, ingesamt hat mich das ganze knapp 100 Euro gekostet, wohl gesagt für nichts. Ich weiss nicht wer es sich leisten kann 100 Euro einfach so wegzuwerfen, ich nicht. Nun, es gibt genug andere Händler die diese Art von Sammlerartikeln verkaufen. Ich bedanke mich für den guten service Fast shipping, that's it.
