★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online process to get a claim for insurance on washing machine is a nightmare, the process itself is slow, bureacratic and in itself seems engineered so to be so unpleasant that you would quit in the middle, leaving them with your money and you without service. Never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company was very professional and reasonable. I presented my damage and from there the path was clear and resolution complete. Generally the timeliness of responses was good, however i did need to wait 2-3 days for an answer which was ok though, hence 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very smooth and efficient while dealing with customers. I got my laptop fixed, and the process of getting a refund was very simple, there was no fuss or confusion, and not much was required from me. The response time was also rather impressive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Actua twice for help with making my claim after I broke my laptop. They were very helpfull and kind. The process was clear and I received my money within a few days. All I had to hand in was the receipt and a specification as to what exactly was repaired (which was provided to me by MediaMarkt).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actua reacted very fast on my damage claim and sent all the required information regarding how my laptop is going to be fixed.
The laptop was fixed relatively quickly but the repair shop took a very long time to return the laptop.
This is not ACTUA's fault, but it might be a point of consideration in regards to their repair shops collaborations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some time ago I my camera in a had a problem, not making it possible for me to leave the menu. At the time I did not know the reason, I brought it back to the shop where I bought it and they repaired it for a certain amount. Some what later I found out I was still ensured. so I reported it and they didn't make a problem and resolved it quite quickly. I am happy with the way they quick and efficiently deal with these problems.
