★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte zaak dit keurhuis na de inspectie werd het huis als prima staat afgedaan maar na de koop bleek er veel over het hoofd gezien en liepen de kosten zeer hoog op waar een tweede hypotheek voor nodig was
Bad thing this inspection house after the inspection the house was dismissed as fine condition but after the purchase it turned out that a lot was overlooked and the costs were very high which required a second mortgage

De heer van Cruchten nam alle tijd om ons als kopers uitleg te geven rondom de staat van het huis, gaf persoonlijke tips en leverde het nette rapport de volgende ochtend al op. Very thorough and professional inspection carried out by Mr. van Cruchten via ADA Keur. Communication with the key holder via ADA Keur went well and the appointment was quickly scheduled. Mr. van Cruchten took all the time to explain the state of the house to us as buyers, gave personal tips and delivered the neat report the next morning. We certainly recommend ADA Keur and this professional in particular!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte keuring. Kon zelf niet aanwezig zijn en de heer van cruchten geloofde de verkoper op zijn woord. Er kwam 1200 euro aan kosten uit de keuring dit bleek 30.000 te worden na de koop van de woning. Trap er niet in en neem een aannemer mee!
Bad inspection. Couldn't be present himself and the lord of cruchten took the seller at his word. There were 1200 euros in costs from the inspection, which turned out to be 30,000 after the purchase of the house. Don't fall for it and take a contractor with you!
