★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed here twice for extended stays. Costs are reasonable and you don't need to worry about a thing with all you need for a stay plus cleaning services each friday. Niek and hoop are helpful and flexible. The location is central only a short walk from the Centrum and train station. Groceries just around the corner. Laundry facilities are shared, but I've rarely run into conflicts on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for 6 months. Very cozy and well furnished apartment. It's equipped with everything, including fresh towels and bed sheets every week. In the basement you'll find washing machines, a drier and even ironing equipment.
The owners and personell are very friendly and forthcoming.
The house itself has a rustic interior - reminded me of the house in the series "Charmed".
WIFI is available in every room and also has a decent speed for streaming Netflix, etc.
The city center and train station are 10 walking-minutes away - for a walk along the Maas river it's only 5 minutes.
