Tijdens de onderhandelingen van de verkoop van mijn bedrijf meerdere keren aangedrongen op een boeteclausule, mocht de kopende partij frauderen met de boekhouding. De clausule is er in de hectiek van de vele aanpassingen in de overeenkomst niet gekomen. Het resultaat was inderdaad een frauderende partij waardoor ik tienduizenden Euro's aan advocaatkosten en minder opbrengst heb ontvangen. Marcel is een aardige vent, maar werkt erg rommelig en is vooral bezig om het zo snel mogelijk af te handelen.

The clause did not materialize in the hectic pace of the many adjustments to the agreement. The result was indeed a fraudulent party, which resulted in me receiving tens of thousands of Euros in attorney fees and less revenue. Marcel is a nice guy, but works very messy and is mainly concerned with getting it done as quickly as possible.
