★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adecco laat vacatures online staan die al vervuld zijn: onnodig tijdverlies
voor sollicitanten !
Helaas wordt er door de wervers van Adecco niet goed of zelfs helemaal niet naar het cv gekeken (bijvoorbeeld door mevrouw Wendy K van filiaal Den Bosch): men wijst sollicitanten af die wel degelijk ervaring hebben en aan het gevraagde profiel voldoen.
Maar ze moeten íets verzinnen om niet over leeftijd, geslacht of afkomst te beginnen anders begeeft Adecco zich wettelijk op glad ijs.
Gemaakte fouten worden niet rechtgezet en men verstopt zich achter elkaar. Men móet het laatste woord hebben: deze keer niet !
Gelukkig zijn er nog veel meer uitzendorganisaties dan deze amateurclub.
Adecco leaves vacancies online that have already been filled: unnecessary loss of time
for applicants!
Unfortunately, the recruiters at Adecco do not look at their CV properly or even at all (for example by Mrs. Wendy K from the Den Bosch branch): applicants are rejected who do have experience and who meet the requested profile.
But they have to come up with something not to start talking about age, gender or origin or Adecco is legally on thin ice.
Mistakes are not corrected and people hide behind each other. One must have the last word: not this time!
Fortunately, there are many more employment agencies than this amateur club.
