Meerdere malen heb ik dit kantoor moeten vragen om bepaalde werkzaamheden uit te voeren, die volgens afspraak uitgevoerd moesten worden. Herhaaldelijk contactpogingen werden niet beantwoord. Meerdere malen werd werk te laat ingediend, wat tot meerdere boetes bij de Belastingdienst heeft geleid. Daarbij verzuimde het kantoor om facturen te versturen, dus bij het beëindigen van de relatie kwamen er ineens facturen binnen van jaren terug. Volgens afspraak zou het kantoor onder andere de BTW-aangifte verzorgen, maar in 2014 is dit in zijn geheel niet gebeurd. Dit heeft tot een fikse boete en naheffing geleid in 2018. Logischerwijze heb ik zijn facturen niet betaald, met als doel dat hij contact met mij zou zoeken, ik kreeg tenslotte geen contact met hem. Helaas heeft hij er voor gekozen, om na drie jaar niks te laten horen (2016-2019) plotseling een incassotraject te starten, zonder een belletje, mailtje of andere manier om het erover te hebben. VNIS staat volledig in zijn recht met hoe hij te werk is gegaan, en hij had zeker recht op betaling van zijn facturen. Ik ben dan ook erg teleurgesteld in zijn manier van handelen en hoop dat het eenmalig is geweest. Waar twee vechten... Wees echter gewaarschuwd, dat de wijze waarop Administratiekantoor VNIS te werk gaat in ieder geval niet netjes is. Wel in zijn voordeel binnen de wetgeving.

Logically I did not pay his invoices, with the aim that he would contact me, after all I did not get in touch with him. Unfortunately, he chose not to show anything after three years (2016-2019) to suddenly start a collection process, without a call, e-mail or other way to talk about it. VNIS is fully in his right with how he proceeded, and he was certainly entitled to payment of his invoices. I am therefore very disappointed in his way of acting and I hope it was a one-off. Where two fight ... Be warned though, that the way in which the VNIS Administration operates is not neat. To his advantage within the legislation.
