★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen jaar liepen de zaken wat stroefjes. Echter is na een flinke herstructurering alles sterk verbeterd. Ben sinds 2020 zeer tevreden met de dienstverlening!
 In the past year things went a bit stiff. However, after a major restructuring, everything has improved considerably. I am very satisfied with the service since 2020!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer moeizame communicatie, geen reacties via email noch telefoon. Zelfs na herhaaldelijk aandringen verbetert dat niet. Er is daardoor geen inzicht in hoe de admin behandeld wordt of verwerkt wordt. Bij het ophalen van admin blijkt dat een deel van de administratie weg is! Geenszins betrouwbaar. Tevens is kantoor verhuisd zonder klanten in te lichten.
Very difficult communication, no responses via email or telephone. Even after repeated insistence, that does not improve. Therefore, there is no insight into how the admin is treated or processed. When retrieving admin it appears that part of the administration is gone! Not reliable at all. The office also moved without informing customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aangiftes van 2017 en 2018 zijn verzorgd door kantoor zuidplas. Tijdens de aangifte snelle en vlotte communicatie per mail gehad.
Declarations for 2017 and 2018 were provided by the zuidplas office. During the declaration had fast and smooth communication by e-mail.
