zero contact with the customer. no information about the detainee. no answering phone calls, no replying to emails. contempt for the other!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absoluut belachelijk voor woorden leg je een zaak neer en bel je 10 keer na word je nooit terug gebeld en word je na 2 weken via een mail afgeserveerd met een verzoek die niet eens gestelt is typisch zou je bijna zeggen maar is werkelijk schandalig voor woorden hoe men daar te werk gaat ik zal me netjes houden met me onvrede
absolutely ridiculous for words you file a case and call 10 times after you never get a call back and after 2 weeks you are sent off via an email with a request that has not even been asked typical you would almost say but is really outrageous for words how people work there I will keep myself tidy with my dissatisfaction
