Gisteren heb ik hier mijn lange haren laten knippen. Ik baal ervan dat dit niet zorgvuldig is gedaan. Ze heeft een stuk van de lengte afgeknipt en aan de voorkant laten aansluiten. En dat was het. Ik heb grotendeels één lengte aan de achterkant maar de haren op mijn kruin zijn wat korter. Nou hier heeft ze dus niet de puntjes eraf gehaald. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik dode puntjes zie maar ze kunnen er niets aan doen en anders worden het lange lagen of een bob volgens hun (behoorlijk extreem). (De vorige kapster, zelfde salon heeft het prima gedaan, helaas is zij vertrokken). Het is maar wat je je wijs laat maken. Er worden vervelende opmerkingen gemaakt zoals, 'ben jij een kapster?' Typish klassieke opmerking. Dat terwijl ik netjes probeerde er samen uit te komen. Mijn haren die halve bak zijn geknipt en over het geheel niet fris uitzien waar ik teleurgesteld over ben en ten tweede het geld niet waard was. De ster is voor de interessante gesprekstof tijdens de behandeling. Deze was wel positief.
Yesterday I had my long hair cut here. I am disappointed that this was not done carefully. She cut a piece of the length and had it connected at the front. And that was it. I have largely one length at the back but the hairs on my crown are a bit shorter. Well here she did not finish the dots. I have indicated that I see dead spots but they cannot do anything about it or they will become long layers or a bob according to them (pretty extreme). (The previous hairdresser, same salon did well, unfortunately she left). It depends on what you are told. Annoying comments are made such as, "are you a hairdresser?" Typish classic note. That while I neatly tried to get out together. My hairs are half cut and do not look fresh at all, which I am disappointed with and, secondly, not worth the money. The star is for the interesting conversation during the treatment. This was positive.

Had een afspraak gemaakt bij deze kapper voor mijn zoon. Bij aankomst even wachten, geen probleem. Tijdens het wachten hoorde hij een medewerker zeggen tegen een collega, ik heb helemaal geen zin meer om te werken? Vervolgens wordt hij geholpen door de medewerker die geen zin meer had . Het gevolg is dat ze hem veel te kort heeft geknipt dan afgesproken was. En aan de achterzijde schreef heeft geknipt met een inham erin. Erg slordig. Dit is niet de eerste keer. Wij gaan voortaan naar een adere kapper!!!

He is then helped by the employee who was no longer in the mood. As a result, she cut it far too short than agreed. And serif on the back has been cut with an indentation in it. Very sloppy. This is not the first time. From now on we will go to another hairdresser !!!

Tijdens een haarkleuring van mijn haren, is ondanks bescherming de kraag van mijn trui (verkleurd) beschadigd... De achterbakse kapster genaamd Beau, stond na afloop nog voor de spiegel achter mijn rug met mij in gesprek en heeft hier niets over gezegt. Bij aankomst thuis kwam ik er later pas achter. Sinds juli 2021 zijn de filialen van bedrijfsnaam (Yes! Experts in Hair -- AEDEN) en concept veranderd, omdat ze waarschijnlijk dreigde failliet te gaan... Stelletje amateurs!
During a hair coloring of my hair, despite protection, the collar of my sweater (discolored) damaged ... The conniving hairdresser named Beau, was still talking to me in front of the mirror behind my back and has said nothing about this. I only found out later when I got home. Since July 2021, the branches have changed company name (Yes! Experts in Hair -- AEDEN) and concept, because they were probably in danger of bankruptcy... Bunch of amateurs!

These place is easy to find. They are in the middle of the town. You just ask what kind of hairstyle you want and they will give it to you. They also have shampoos and conditioner for sale and you can get an advice on how to take care of your hair.

This review is for Yes Heuvelstraat not Yes Westermarkt!! -- I use to go here cuz of the low price ratings, but quality wise it's aweful! I coloured my hair for a total of 4 times here and 3 out of the 4 times my hair wasn't properly coloured (my grey hairs were still visible) and for claimed "hairexperts" they can't cut a bobline either. I'm going to Brain Wash now and the prices are kinda the same and qualitywise it's better too. It's a shame tho, because it's the people that work here that make customers leave with a bad feeling, if they cared more about their work people would be happy and come more often/back.

Friendly employee was the only positive thing worth mentioning. Paying 5€ for getting an appointment on certain time is a hilarious joke considering that the appointment was 20 minutes late. Also the result was slightly sloppy regarding the parting so needed to hunt a bunch of uncutted hair with scissors, something I've never had to do after getting a haircut.

Had two different hairdressers there during the past year. Both were ok, Betty is more attentive to your needs than the other. Downside is that sometimes you go on an appointment yet you cannot get a haircut! Happend to me twice. First time I was on time but the hairdresser was not there. Second time I was late for less than 5 minutes and they took someone else in. Their boss can be agressive if you are not her ideal customer. Also she does not care about your time and you will end up waiting every time anyways!

The first hair salon I called nearby said that I could walk in, but it'd cost me 75€. ? Second local salon was only €15, but the wait would have been 1-2 hours, with or without an appointment. Thirdly, I came across the Yes Salon. Cozy, warm atmosphere. Polite staff. Short wait. Reasonable prices. I haven't genuinely loved a haircut I've received in YEARS since I moved (had my old hairdresser for 4-5 years), but Bo(?) did a gorgeous job! ((: Will definitely be coming back!~
