★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chauffeur heeft schade veroorzaakt. Gebruik goed taalgebruik en is erg lomp. Legt sleutelbos op de auto bijv. Ontkent vervolgens dat hij schade veroorzaakt heeft dan wordt er contact met je opgenomen met de mededeling dat er niks mee gebeurt omdat de bijgeleverde foto's niet genoeg laten zien. Vervolgens wordt de email genegeerd en je aan je lot overgelaten.
Zeer onprofessioneel
Driver caused damage. Use good language and are very rude. If you put a bunch of keys on the car, for example. Then denies that it has caused damage, you will be contacted with the message that nothing will happen with it because the included photos do not show enough. Then the email will be ignored and you left to your own devices.
