★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik beveel dit product niet aan, het helpt niet. ik ben zelfs 0.5 kilo aangekomen. Als je in de overgang zit en een hoop stress hebt dan hoef je dit niet te proberen, tenzij je heel streng het dieet volgt en veel sport.
I do not recommend this product, it does not help. I even gained 0.5 kilos. If you are in transition and have a lot of stress then you do not have to try this unless you follow the diet very strictly and you exercise a lot.
