Y	Yoni van de Wal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met de juiste begeleiding van Astrid en het eiwitdieet ben ik in redelijke korte tijd 8.3kg afgevallen. Ik heb dit niet als vervelend of zwaar ervaren. Natuurlijk heb ik soms ook gezondigd door mee te borrelen met een glas wijn maar ik ben me er wel van bewust dat je dan gelijk uit het ritme van het dieet bent. Daarom ging ik daarna gelijk weer verder met mijn dieetplan. Ik ben er ondertussen ook achter dat de cijfers op een normale weegschaal niet veel zeggen. Natuurlijk kan je zo zien of je wat aankomt of afvalt maar je weet totaal niet wàt je dan afvalt of aankomt (vet/spiermassa/vocht) wat véél meer zegt. Het is fijn om elke week de cijfers te zien en de juiste begeleiding te krijgen waardoor al het harde werk niet voor niets is! Kortom; ik ben super tevreden met de hulp die ik bij Body Result heb gekregen om net iets strakker en gezonden in mijn vel te zitten! Ik ben na veel lijnpogingen toch nog één keer begonnen met de strijd tegen de kilo's. De uitleg van Astrid is erg duidelijk en het is erg open en gezellig ;). Ik heb 4 maanden het proteïne dieet gevolgd, om daarna in 4 weken weer op de bouwen naar ''normaal'' eten. Ik voel me een stuk fitter en energieker! Dank je wel! Meanwhile lost 21 kilos by the guidance of Astrid. I am very satisfied with how I was guided !! After many line attempts, I started one more time with the fight against the kilos.
