Not only did he take his time to do the job thoroughly and carefully, he also helped us fix an ongoing problem that had been causing us a lot of inconvenience. You are very lucky to have a guy like him working for your company! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three times we had a problem with the drainage, we reported this and a mechanic was supposed to come to resolve the issue, however every time the (same) mechanic came by, he wouldn't resolve the problem! Instead he claims that there is another problem that he can't help with, that we should contact someone else to resolve it. If we should contact someone else, why are we paying you for the service? At the end we resolved the problem ourselves without engaging another party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a subscription with afvoercheck for almost 10 years now. I usually register an issue on their web portal and the they have ALWAYS, without fail, called me within a couple of hours. The appointments are usually arranged for the next day within a 4 hour window. Today they came out to flush a down-pipe that had become clogged causing the gutters to overflow -- the job was done within minutes. When it was done, I signed the work order digitally on the engineer's mobile device and received a copy in my email a few minutes later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was deceived by the Sales person. Sales person came to my home and sold the package by saying, that you can get a full checkup of your drainage system(including camera check and smoke test, when you call the service very first time). That was the main selling point for me.
When my contract started they only came to fix the unblocked draining issue(which they solved correctly) and clearly said "No" for smoke test and camera test(which we were promised by the sales person).
2 stars for the executive who came to fix the issue. He fixed the issue at hand.
-1 stars for the sales person for deceiving us.
If you want to use Afvoercheck for simple issues then it's fine but don't trust everything the sales person say, simply read the terms.
