★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order has been cancelled after a week. Ordered a standard product that is available everywhere. Customer service lied to me and said its not available anymore. Contacted manufacturer and they say there are no issues with this product. Product was still available after my order for a few days in the Agradi webshop. Bought it from a different shop, was delivered within two days. Asked my local dealers and they confirmed that its still available. Can not recommend to buy stuff at Agradi. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I am a big fan of Agradi and buy a lot of products here - but unfortunately with Black Friday my trusted online store failed me. My delivery was on track, then lost and then sent back. After two weeks I was informed the package was damaged and that I would not receive the goods I ordered. I would have to get a refund and re order the items. Not only were they now more expensive, but also some no longer available. I would’ve expected a bit more from Agradi here in helping me receive the products I ordered at the original price or sending me back an undamaged package.
