Please notice that credit cards are not accepted and payments needs to be in cash (Euro) or with local card. Visa has not been tried, but do not count on that.

Today I went to pick up a Amazon packet to this supermarket and something bad happends. The person responsable for taking the packet told me the packet was gave to another person. Not only they didn´t ask for ID, but, how can someone knows my name or surname to pick the packet up? I didn´t talk to anybody about this, and the person who took the packet need to know, at least, my name or adress in order to get it. Spoke to them, and they told me they can´t find the employee who gave the packet, neither the one who picket. They can´t do nothing about it, even when they are responsable for losing it. They also told me to call Post.nl or Amazon, when post.nl have a document sign for the person who picket it up from the supermarket. I really belive someone working for AH just took my stuff and they, AH, took no responsabilities for it.
