★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rude attitude of the staff at the till is unacceptable and shocking. No matter if you come with a smile, you’re systematically talked to like s**** and staff make no efforts to do their job with the minimum of politeness you would expect working with members of the public. They barely say hello, they literally throw the food away and don’t care if the fruits/vegetables are damaged before arriving at the customer’s house.
And they keep replying in Dutch to non-Dutch speaking and English to Dutch speaking just to irritate customers. No matter if you say you don’t understand they will repeat the same thing!
On top of that this branch does not accept Visa/MasterCard, only Maestro, which is disappointing for the major supermarket chain of the Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, always crowded, dirty and unfriendly staff. During rush hours they even block the small hallways with their refill carts, very convenient as you might guess.
So yes, steer away from this AH supermarket as it will only cause you more stress after a visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Was at Self-checkout, had all hand full and struggled to scan the bar code to open the exit gate. The employee just next to me arrogantly looked at me and didn’t even blink with her eye seeing me struggling. Recommendation: Get down from your arrogant horse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contains a small assortment, but will provide you with your basic needs. Pay attention to the aisle with fridges; it can be a slippery environment created by the water puddles. My debit card didn't work on one of the machines,but did work on others. Limiting the number registers I can make use of. Three stars when you know what to expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude personnel, too many employees restocking in such a small place. Management is as rude. Did not follow all Corona measurements. It's impossible to keep 1.5m distance. The only positive thing to say about this particular ah is that the security personnel is fantastic and they do know what customer service is.
