★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daily groceries place! Almost all things are available. Specially a Halal section is a wonderful place. Staff is friendly but ready to make sure that you know dutch for certain words like Cornflour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical Albert Heijn with all the things you need. Fresh produce, meat and poultry. It might get a little tight when it’s crowded. The staff are helpful if you need something. Walkable from Carel Willinkgracht and right in the middle of Diemen Campus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always super busy. They dont seem to make any effort to reduce waiting time. Antisocial employees who dont even know the words: "hello" or "goodbye". If you have the chance, avoid this store at all costst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales assistant tried to sell a 0.49 euro greek yogurt for almost 1.5 euros because the yogurt apparently did not have a barcode… I had to wait for a long time until the manager arrived, who also had no idea about the the price system at AH, when the “price” was figured out, the sales assistant told me that all products need to be scanned again which is very inconvenient… And then again tried to sell the yogurt for a wrong price (almost 1 euro), when I told that again the sales assistant became quite rude and started complaining… Quite disappointing… AH , please put barcodes on your products!!! And do some minimum social training with assistants. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This supermarket is very close to the university and students dorms. Something which is reflected in the range of goods sold in this branch of Albert Heijn. Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of choices available and I had no problems finding healthier food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team leader of the shop did not know that the hours set in google represent his shop and that he can actually change them with a hit of a button. Maybe it's not his job and the manager pf the shop should do it but either way, the bottom line is that many customers didn't do their last Christmas shopping because they closed an hour earlier than the time they had set in google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have most of the products you would expect to see in an albertheijn, but the store is too small to serve the people who live in the area. You always find yourself stepping over other clients. Also, if you go during rush hour, you will find nothing you need (especially fresh vegetables). Also, they don't have self checkout and you always have to deal with passive aggressive cashiers throwing your purchases at you. Can't blame them since they work with counters that are too small ti do their jobs. Maybe i was spoiled with a bigger store where I used to live, but I think they need a bigger space.
