β β β β β Incredibly clean supermarket. Everything or organised and most staff are friendly. It can get busy from time to time so your shopping will take a bit longer. The supermarket is the most expensive one out there, though.

β β β β β Bad customer service, and they refuses to speak english. And Even worse; they dont axcept visa. They asked if i had a bonus card, and i dont. Then they took the bonus card from the customer behind me so that she got bonus for my purchase... This store is so unprofessional.

β β β β β Good shop, but after last change a couple of weeks ago the logical way where products are located is changed and now it take a while before finding all products while shopping. In general i like the intregration of the albert heijn app, join their wifi network and you can scan your products and pay by phone. This system is really one of the best implementations of contactless shopping.

β β β β β My UK card didn't work. I was directed to the cash machine and asked to pay at the tobacco kiosk. The guy changed my oranges (one was rotten) and pointed out that it was two bags for the price of one, then he got me two good ones.
