★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some flowers ? here but paying for it took a while when another customer had a tough question. When the customer service employee asked another colleague to just help me with payment that colleague, only 5 feet away said “I first want to finish unloading the trolley I’m working on”. Not sure what the customer service training looks like but this is not a great experience as a customer.
