★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen klantvriendelijk Albert Heijn, weinig kassa's open daardoor gedwongen lang te moeten wachten!! Zelfs als je de bonuskaart niet bij je hebt mag het kassa personeel de eigen kaart niet invoeren. ??Slechte zaak.
 Not customer-friendly Albert Heijn, few cash registers open, forced to wait a long time!! Even if you do not have the bonus card with you, the cashier staff are not allowed to enter their own card. ??Bad thing.
