go there to have my coffee. Unreliable. Staff at the counter is also not proactive, sometimes even not helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really sorry to have entered this store! The people at kassa are one of the rudest and most impolite people I’ve ever seen! I asked them to change my cash(only €50 not more!!!) and in spite of the fact that they had a lot of changes in cash and coins, they refused to do so and started rudely answering back: “ we’re not a bank madam!”. How arrogant! They feel they’re doing a special favor for the customers; while the lady in a smaller supermarket right in front of them, easily changed my cash and just assisted at me kindly! I will never even cross this Albert Heijn anymore!

Staff is also quite nice and helpful.
Even polite to the more rude customers (but you probably shouldn't test that).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One big minus: it has happened a lot of times that they place the "bonus" 1 evening before the bonus actually starts. This feels very much like manipulation. When you go to the counter, you actually realise that the bonus starts the next day, and you were about to pay for the normal price. Apart from that, in general I m happy I have it close by. Has a decent variety of products. Staff is usually helpful.
