Zeer zeker een aanrader! We wilden wat anders en deze originele invulling van ons bedrijfsuitje was uitermate geslaagd. As a team outing we have followed an aikido workshop with our group under the guidance of Johan. That was super fun and surprisingly inspiring. Definitely recommended! We wanted something different and this original interpretation of our company outing was extremely successful.

Take everyone into the process of experiencing how you can achieve much more with more awareness. At the same time room for openness and airiness and that was a very good combination. We had a 2,5hour workshop with my colleagues (approx.30 people, nobody from us does or did martial arts or aikido). It was amazing experience, because what we learned can be also very easily applied to our work or even private lives. We practised our focus, imagination, self belief, cooperation and team work. Where is focus, there is always strength and via practising this, I believe you can achieve "unachievable". This workshop is perfect for anybody - individuals, small or bigger teams and really perfect as part of teambuilding. I have to say that I am thinking about joining regular aikido class now... A huge thanks to Johan and his colleague for amazing workshop and lessons. Jana
