A	André Massop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over AircoDirect. Goed advies ter plaatsen en zoekend naar alternatieve plaatsingsmogelijkheid ivm de lokale situatie (zolder/slaapkamer + huiskamer). Een tweede bezoek aan huis gehad tbv ‘check en double-check’ zodat de offerte adequaat en uitvoerbaar zou worden. Offerte ter plekke gekregen en behoorlijk korte termijn uitvoeringsdatum. Prijs beslist concurrerend. Monteurs werkte zeer netjes en waren communicatief. Nu nog wachten op een hittegolf! Very satisfied with AircoDirect. Good advice on site and looking for alternative placement options due to the local situation (attic/bedroom + living room). Had a second home visit for 'check and double-check' so that the quotation would be adequate and feasible. Quotation received on the spot and fairly short term implementation date. Price decidedly competitive. Mechanics worked very neatly and were communicative. Still waiting for a heat wave!

Na een goede voorlichting tijdens het gesprek met de vertegenwoordiger besloten om met Airco Direct in zee te gaan. Monteurs waren keurig op tijd en gingen direct aan de slag. Helaas was er een foutje bij de opname gedaan zodat er een aanpassing moest plaats vinden. Dit had tot gevolg dat er een pompje moest worden geplaatst. meerprijs €200. De monteurs werkten zeer netjes en binnen no time was de airco geïnstalleerd. Helaas was tijdens het boren een elektriciteitsdraad geraakt, maar dit werd later die week door een elektricien keurig gerepareerd. Over de meerprijs heb ik later telefonisch contact gehad met de firma en ook dit werd tot tevredenheid opgelost. Kortom: Airco Direct is prijstechnisch zeer concurrerend. Geen lange wachttijd tot de montage. Keurig werk dat wordt afgeleverd. Zeer nette en vriendelijke monteurs. Chapeau. Jim Moes. September 2021 Als deelnemer van een wandelgroep komen onderwerpen als zonnepanelen en airco regelmatig ter sprake tijdens onze wandelingen. Een wandelvriend vertelde ik over Airo Direct en mijn positieve ervaringen met dit bedrijf. Hij vatte de koe bij de horens en een week later meldde hij mij dat zijn bestelde airco over 3 weken zou worden geïnstalleerd. Tevens was hij door de vertegenwoordig getipt over de payback actie en stelde mij hiervan op de hoogte. Ik heb terstond de benodigde formulieren ingevuld en na een paar stond er €50 euro op mijn rekening. Toch weer een geweldige actie van Airo Direct. 's Avonds 30 september contactformulier ingevuld, 's morgens 1 oktober werd ik al gebeld voor een afspraak. Dit kon meteen na het weekend, de adviseur kwam keurig binnen het afgesproken tijdvenster. Vandaag op 6 oktober kon de airco al geplaatst worden. Dit is zeer vakkundig gedaan, de installateurs waren op tijd, vriendelijk en hebben alles keurig netjes geplaatst, afgewerkt en opgeruimd. Zelfs een doekje over de vriezer was geen probleem! Maar het aller belangrijkst natuurlijk, de airco werkt perfect! Klasse! As they say themselves: Fast, Professional and a fair price! Raar raar hoe kan dat normaal moet die machine 15 jaar kunnen draaien! Erkend bedrijf zegt tja je heb gewoon pech ik kan niks voor je doen doeiii Bel ik maxicool in Roermond op En die zegt tja daar kunnen wij niks aan doen je moet je erkend bedrijf maar bellen. Beste maxicool ik heb geen gas in huis dus ik sta hier nu in de kou al 2 weken!!!!! En ik vraag naar een oplossing !!!! 5 sterren waard? Nee echt niet Jullie hadden tenminste een onderzoek kunnen doen wat de oorzaak is En waarom hij binnen 4 jaar kapot is die moeite doen jullie ook nog niet eens Eens kijken wat uwe reactie hiervoor is 2017 3 air conditioning installed by recognized company 2021 1 breaks according to delivered and placed says the mechanic compressor is broken!! Ze werken echt heel erg netjes en vooral professioneel. Met oog voor detail zoals het wegwerken van de stroomkabel. Dit is echt een aanrader voor iedereen die een airco wil. Ook hebben ze prima werk afgeleverd ben zeer tevreden. Zal dit bedrijf bij anderen zeker aan bevelen. Installed air conditioning today 02-03-2022. Een uitgebreid advies mogen ontvangen over de verschillende airco's/warmtepomp. Toen we de keuze gemaakt hadden, is de unit zeer snel en naar alle tevredenheid geplaatst. Al met al zeer prettig ervaring met zowel de adviseur en de monteurs. Zouden wij dan dit bedrijf aanraden bij anderen? Dat zouden wij zeker doen!!
