★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered PCB with parts. Order confirmation clearly shows all parts should be included. Waited 5 weeks. Then PCB arrived and only 1 part of a total of 8 parts. Contacted the owner Felix multiple times since the order was already really late. Felix came back two weeks later offering appologies and that he would reorder my missing parts. Now three weeks have passed and still nothing. The story is that part via Aisler is 3x more expensive than from Mouser but with no minimum order value. But now two months later my project is sooo stalled .... Worst possible service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best place to manufacture your circuit boards if you're a hobbyist in Europe. The quality is amazing and you get your boards in a reasonable time instead of having either to wait for a month or pay excessively for fast delivery from China. The automatic board viewer is spot-on and makes you feel certain that what you have designed will be manufactured the way you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous 4 orders went good. Good quality of pcb's. My last order didn't arrive. I have got someone else his order instead. I got 3 pcb's with room for 2 kind of ic's, 1 slide swich, 1 potentiometer, 3 resistors and 1 2-pin connector. Anyone missing these pcb's?
I am looking for 126 pcb's for ws2815 smd leds. Pcb's also contain the text "Pdb event supplies" on the soldermask. Anyone receive these pcb's?
Until now no reaction from AISLER on how they will solve my problem
Update 18/2/22
After many e-mails i finaly got respons from Aisler. They produced my PCBs a second time and shipped them to me. So after a long time I finally received my order and everything is oke now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I payed all the premiums available to have a couple of single layer boards produced and shipped within a week. Now a week later and I haven't even had a confirmation email that my boards have even been shipped.
Quality experience from earlier orders are mixed. Definitely slightly worse or equal at best to Asian manufacturers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice PCBs! Very easy to solder HASL or ENIG.
Most the time I order the "Beautiful Boards Budget" option.
For private use this is fast enough for me.
For designing my PCBs I use EAGLE and upload the .brd data. Usually it works perfect, but sometimes the smart tests are not availabe or show wrong results, but with a simple multimeter this is not really a problem.

Quality is great, price is good as well and being in EU the delays are great too. I get 2 layers design back the same week if ordered early enough and 4 layers the next week.
