β β β β β PLease never ask for this company for help, they don't know what they are doing, sending 2 people for not solving the problem and claim all the hours and charge you, ask for ridiculous price for plumber. I have a very bad experience with them. The lady on the phone blame me for nothing. All the people that she sent pretend to work, but only spend time to build hours. They choose to blame the customer ( in this case cat litter) Their job is to find a solution not blaming the customer. The lady on the phone immediately set on defend mode and immediately set on fire instead of finding a solution. NEVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.

They came to investigate the water leakage first, and then clean kitchen pipes and main pipe thought the building, and finally washing machine drain pipe. Very professional, on time, and have all the necessary equipment with them. A special thank you to Monique for managing the schedule, great communication, and organising third visit on a short notice. The best service we experienced so far in Amsterdam!

β β β β β They werenβt able to unclog my kitchen drain fully but they werenβt honest about it. Expensive and rude service for a job bad done.
Overall 4 star rating mislead me to hire them but now when checking carefully I see many 1 star reviews of people who had the same experience so I would not take my chances with them.
One of the reviewers says the company offers a discount if you post 5 star review and I see them being mean to the customers here who gave them bad reviews so that gives you a good preview of how dishonest and rude they can be I guess.
