Wij hebben dan ook gekozen voor een heldere tariefstructuur en melden u -indien mogelijk- van tevoren de prijs van de reparatie, onderhoud of besproken werkzaamheden. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues with black screen in my laptop and first contacted the shop "PC refresh", they didn't tell me what was wrong and asked me to first pay €50 for the emergency diagnosis and only then they will talk. Akis on the other hand was genuinely interested in helping me out. He asked me few questions and told me the possible reasons for the issue, gave me an estimate of how much it might cost depending on the type of issues he mentioned and also gave me the option to order the parts myself. Charged me just €15 for diagnosis fee since I was a new customer. What a amazing and humble person. If you are looking for a person that genuinely is interested in helping you out and not just hungry for money, he's the guy.
