★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did order two Bikes, heading middelburg for a Day Trip.
After a while we noticed the very broken and hard saddle. This was the beginning of a massive painfull ride.
Now one Day after my wife and I have respectfull injuries, wich forced us to quite our holidays to insult a doctor.
At the point we gave the Bikes back, I told the staff member about the saddle. So he could change them, to make sure the next who order these bikes needn't to deal with these issues.
The staff laughed, ignored us and talked with the next guys behind us.
I dont suppose to order Bikes from there. You are doing better without these bikes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We have been put off several times. The first time we were told the bike we wanted to rent would bei there two days later - and could not be resererved. The second time: the bikes were not available- seemed they had been reserverd for someone else. A sound explanation was not given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent bikes, decent price, had two normal bikes for one day and everything went fine. No complaints no issues. They're open till 6pm for the return so don't miss it. One small improvement I would like is that you'd actually get a return receipt our at least your receipt stamped. Other then that a great experience.
