Ze hebben 2 mooie zonneschermen bij mij opgehangen met afstandsbediening en dat is geweldig en zeker als je nog zo hand draai ding gewend was?

β β β β β De zonnenschermen zijn van uitstekende kwaliteit. Zeer makkelijke bediening. Ook de Shutters vandaag geplaatst door Jan en zijn dochter zijn geweldig.
Wij zijn zeer tevreden, en dat zeggen we niet zo snel. Tuncay en zijn vrouw zijn schatten. Hopelijk is de pech met zijn gezondheid eindelijk verleden tijd
The sunshades are of excellent quality. Very easy operation. Also the Shutters placed today by Jan and his daughter are great.
We are very satisfied, and we don't say that so easily. Tuncay and his wife are treasures. Hopefully the bad luck with his health is finally a thing of the past

β β β β β Hele snelle levertijd en fantastische service. Snel en heel precies. Ook de kwaliteit is als beloofd. Inmiddels binnen en buiten schermen, tolluiken en screens, horren en een zonnescherm. Binnen magic vieuw lamellen. Niet voor niets alles bij Akosol gekocht. 1 keer een storing en de volgende dag kosteloos opgelost.
Very fast delivery time and fantastic service. Fast and very precise. The quality is also as promised. Meanwhile indoor and outdoor screens, toll shutters and screens, mosquito nets and a sun screen. β β β β β Erg jammer om dit soort review te moeten plaatsen, echter de wijze hoe er met bestaande klant wordt omgegaan bij problemen, is naar mijn mening onder het niveau.
In het begin waren ze netjes op tijd voor het plaatsen van een nieuwe screen, toen het er eenmaal opzat en problemen begon te geven is het begonnen. Iedere keer ben je je eigen tijd a h verspillen om met hen contact te zoeken. En de belofte (terugbellen voor het maken van een afspraak wordt niet nagekomen). Na ruim een maand te hebben gewacht, ben ik er helemaal klaar mee.
It is very unfortunate to have to post this kind of review, but the way in which problems are dealt with with existing customers is in my opinion below the level.
In the beginning they were right on time to place a new screen, once it was on and started to give problems it started. Every time you are wasting your own time trying to contact them. And the promise (calling back to make an appointment is not kept). After waiting for over a month, I'm completely done with it.

β β β β β Afgelopen vrijdag was de (Somfy) motor van één van mijn zonnescreens op hol geslagen; veel herrie en was niet meer te stoppen met de afstandsbediening. Begin van de avond meteen gemeld bij Ako Sol. Diezelfde avond stond Ako Sol al op de stoep om te kijken wat er aan de hand is. Motor bleek defect; gelukkig binnen de garantieperiode. Aangezien ik op de 8e etage woon, is een hoogwerker nodig die Ako Sol nog diezelfde avond heeft geregeld. Zaterdag - dus volgende dag al! - rond de middag werd de motor binnen een uur vervangen. Dit is echt topklasse service!
Last Friday the (Somfy) motor of one of my sunscreens had run amok; a lot of noise and could not be stopped with the remote control. Immediately reported to Ako Sol at the beginning of the evening. That same evening, Ako Sol was already on the doorstep to see what was going on. Engine turned out to be defective; luckily within the warranty period. Since I live on the 8th floor, an aerial platform is needed that Ako Sol arranged that same evening. Saturday - so next day already! - around noon, the engine was replaced within an hour. This is truly top class service!
