★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie grote Ako winkel. Veel keuze uit tijdschriften en boeken. Alleen jammer dat ze vaak geen losse nummers vd Panorama hebben. Deze zit vaak in het plastic met een ander tijdschrift.
Nice big Ako store. Lots of choice from magazines and books. It's just a pity that they often don't have single songs from Panorama. This one is often in the plastic with another magazine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je wordt altijd vriendelijk geholpen. Het aanbod van boeken in de winkel is (uiteraard) niet zo groot maar online is bijna alles te bestellen en dan is het een paar dagen later in de winkel gratis af te halen en dat werkt prima!
You will always be helped kindly. The range of books in the store is (of course) not that great, but almost everything can be ordered online and then it can be picked up for free a few days later in the store and that works great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel schreeuwt tegen hun klanten. Bedreigd beveiliging te bellen als ik geen mandje pak, hele gespannen sfeer. Vrouw met erg kort haar hoort daar helemaal niet.
Staff yell at their customers. Threatened to call security if I don't grab a basket, very tense atmosphere. Woman with very short hair does not belong there at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet heel vriendelijk personeel (dame zonder haar) Kaartje gekocht maar mocht niet even een van de vele pennen lenen van de balie.. moest er perse een kopen wat opzich geen probleem is maar wel als 1 pen 14 euro kost.
Not very friendly staff (lady without her) Bought a ticket but was not allowed to borrow one of the many pens from the desk .. had to buy one which in itself is not a problem, but if 1 pen costs 14 euros.
