Zojuist een pakketje opgehaald hier. Pakket was stukgescheurd. Ik ga ervan uit dat dit niet hier intern is gebeurd. Bij verlaten van de kleine AKO struikel ik zo gruwelijk over de drempel (een venijnige strip) dat ik bijna onderuit ga. Van de meneer die buiten stond te bellen en zich er op een belachelijke wijze tegenaan bemoeide, in plaats van te vragen Goh gaat t?, hoop ik maar dat dit niet de franchisenemer was... Tip: Doe wat aan die strip bij de ingang! Ik denk voor 'bejaarde werknemers' en in koude, gladde seizoenen best nodig om ergere ongelukken te voorkomen! Verder een eigenlijk te kleine boekhandel voor Niet Lezend Zaanstad... Gelukkig kunnen we wel onze pakketjes hier ophalen mits onheus bejegend...

Just picked up a package here. Package was torn. I'm assuming this didn't happen internally here. Leaving the small AKO I stumble over the threshold (a vicious comic strip) so horribly that I almost fall. From the gentleman who was outside calling and interfering in a ridiculous way, instead of asking Gosh are you? I just hope this wasn't the franchisee... Tip: Do something about that strip at the entrance! I think for 'elderly employees' and in cold, slippery seasons quite necessary to prevent worse accidents! Furthermore, a bookstore that is actually too small for Niet Lezend Zaanstad... Fortunately, we can pick up our packages here if treated unfairly...
