Bijzonder goede snelle en eerlijke service van Akta Elektra en ook nog eens ontzettend vriendelijk! We hebben, in de loop der jaren, Akta Elektra al meerdere keren over de vloer gehad en zijn altijd goed geholpen. Laatst was er storing in onze groepenkast die zomaar spontaan uitviel: soms om de dag, soms om de week. Heel vervelend allemaal. Akta Elektra constateerde dat de koperdraden in de aansluitingen in de loop der jaren iets waren gaan uitzetten waardoor ze soms even geen contact meer maakten…en de groepenkast uitviel. Een simpel ouderdomskwaaltje maar je moet het maar weten… De schroeven zijn nog eens extra vastgedraaid en voila: het probleem was opgelost. Vervanging was voor de veiligheid niet meteen noodzakelijk. Het advies was om deze verouderde groepenkast op termijn te laten vervangen. Martijn Saxion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two old electric network groups and one of the fuse boxes started burning. We called Akta Elektra and the same day they fixed the problem by adding a third group and replacing the old fuse boxes by new top notch meter boxes.

The "gentlemen" who turned up to give a quote for a job, demanded a ridiculous amount for adding a group to our electrical system; claimed we needed an entire new box and wanted 1600 Euros to be pinbned on the spot. We had expected and requested only a free quote for work but they didn't leave and became threatening when we asked them to send an invoice. They refused to leave until I paid up and when I suggested I would call the police they became even more threatening and I had no choice but to pay by pin machine. They wanted 65 Euros for 10 minutes of time and when I complained about that, they said that anything between 1 minute and 60 minutes would be charged as a full hour. On top of the 65 Euros BTW was added.
Do not use these people as they are totally threatening and unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first day they arrived 1.5 hours late which was an inconvenience as they were unable to fit all the lights agreed for that day. They were only able to return 3 days later to do the rest. The second visit they arrived on time.
The guys are very nice and friendly. They are also flexible in terms of their availability to do the work. Cost is reasonoble in comparison to others. I would use them again.
