Ik vond het een prettige voorbereiding en op de dag zelf met een zeer duidelijke uitleg voor mij en de kopers - en het had zelfs nog wel iets feestelijks. Ik vond de afrekening ook alleszins meevallen. De plastic stoelen in de wachtkamer zou ik vervangen. Die ogen wel heel "budget"... Naast dat de prijs scherp is, zijn wij ook dik tevreden over de service (goede communicatie, documenten netjes aangeleverd, duidelijke uitleg). We zijn geholpen door notaris Wiebe. Een aardige, spontane en kundige notaris die alles goed uitlegt (met een grap tussendoor). For the third time we chose Aktie Notarissen (Nijmegen). We have been here 3 times for a mortgage deed. Besides that the price is competitive, we are also very satisfied with the service (good communication, documents neatly delivered, clear explanation). We were helped by civil-law notary Wiebe. A nice, spontaneous and knowledgeable notary who explains everything well (with a joke in between).
