Als verkoper mag je niet aanwezig zijn bij het tekenen van de akte. Dit gebaseerd op de corona maatregelen. Deze zijn al helemaal niet meer van toepassing. Laten je een volmacht tekenen zonder dat dit kenbaar gemaakt wordt. Inderdaad bezint eer gij begint voordat je met deze notaris in zee gaat. This notary was selected by the purchasing party. Doesn't keep his promises. No communication at all. As a seller you are not allowed to be present when the deed is signed. This is based on the corona measures. These are no longer applicable at all. Let you sign a power of attorney without this being made known. Indeed, think before you start before you do business with this notary.

Bel en mail gemiddeld 4 keer per maand maar krijg geen antwoord. Ga nu maar een advocaat inschakelen. A cheap notary but still too expensive. The deed turned out to be incorrectly drawn up. Been waiting for an answer since June. Call and e-mail an average of 4 times a month but don't get an answer. Now go hire a lawyer.

Het kopje koffie miste ik dan ook niet, maar dat we nog met de jas aan onze aktes gingen passeren vond ik echt heel slecht. De notaris kwam met een grote hond het pand binnen. Het administratief personeel stelt aan ons vragen over de overdrachtsbelasting maar is kennelijk zelf niet op de hoogte van de geldende regels. Daarnaast maken ze nog steeds gebruik van een volmacht omwille de Corona maatregels, maar we konden wel het mondkapje afdoen werd ons aan de deur al gezegd…Eerste maar meteen ook laatste keer geweest.
