Hierover geprobeerd te praten en kon meteen vertrekken. Ene ruud vond het wel goed zo en vertelde nog leuk zie je niks van toch!
Slechte service en niet klantvriendelijk.
Geen zaken doen met deze mensen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf stuurde allerlei onterechte rekeningen. Daarnaast ontving ik dreigtelefoontjes (hiervan is aangifte gedaan). Uiteindelijk schakelden zij een incassobureau in. Dit incassobureau heeft de vordering onmiddellijk na mijn uitleg van de situatie beëindigd. Vooral nooit zaken doen met dit bedrijf!
This company sent all kinds of incorrect invoices. In addition, I received threatening phone calls (this was reported). They eventually called in a collection agency. This collection agency terminated the claim immediately after my explanation of the situation. Above all, never do business with this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een aanrijding kon ik hier snel terecht voor herstel. Omdat ze bij Muller AutoSchade een wachttijd van een aantal weken hadden kreeg ik de optie naar Alacar te gaan. Alacar is onderdeel van Muller AutoSchade dus dit werd makkelijk geregeld. Bij Alacar werd ik op professionele wijze geholpen, kreeg ik een tijdelijke vervangende auto (zonder extra kosten) en is de reparatie snel uitgevoerd. Contact met de garage verliep ook goed, met persoonlijk contact met de garage manager met tussentijdse foto's van het herstel process. Al met al erg te spreken over de manier van werken en het contact tijdens de reparaties.
After a collision, I was able to go here quickly for recovery. Because they had a waiting period of several weeks at Muller AutoSchade, I was given the option to go to Alacar. Alacar is part of Muller AutoSchade so this was easily arranged. At Alacar I was professionally helped, I got a temporary replacement car (at no extra cost) and the repair was carried out quickly. Contact with the garage went well, with personal contact with the garage manager with interim photos of the repair process. All in all very pleased with the way of working and the contact during the repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je auto uit de allrisk-verzekering is, is dit adres zeker aan te bevelen. Prijstechnisch zeer concurrerend in vergelijk met de "de grote jongens".
If your car is out of the all-risk insurance, this address is definitely recommended. Price-wise very competitive compared to the "big boys".
