★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alarmsysteem en video systeem gekocht en laten installeren met de beste (duurste) spullen. Ik raad dit bedrijf af. Betere amateur gedoe en dus geen goed werkend systeem, geen oplossing of service. Lang verhaal kort zoek een andere leverancier. Ik heb niet eens zin om er nog werk van te maken helemaal klaar met dit bedrijf. Ik zoek een ander om hun rommel op te ruimen.
 Alarm system and video system purchased and installed with the best (most expensive) stuff. I do not recommend this company. Better amateur stuff and therefore no good system, no solution or service. Long story short look for another supplier. I don't even feel like working on it completely finished with this company. I'm looking for someone else to clean up their mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zeer goede uitleg, nemen tijd voor je om alles uit te leggen. heb voor dit bedrijf een 10-tal andere bedrijven bezocht. Daar wisten ze steeds de prijs na 1 minuut te vertellen. maar uitleg , ho maar.
na de nodige uitleg kan je perfect de cameras e.d. zelf installeren . wat ook een zeer aangename service is , dat je na installatie opgebeld kunt worden d.m.v. bel afspraak om de camera's te activeren. super service , vriendelijke mensen . dus bedankt mario (verkoper) en ronald ( belafspraak) . o ja 1 min puntje.... er zijn iets te weinig stoelen om te wachten eer je aan de beurt bent.
very good explanation, take time for you to explain everything. I visited about 10 other companies for this company. They always knew the price after 1 minute. but explanation, ho.
After the necessary explanation you can perfectly install the cameras and the like yourself. which is also a very pleasant service, that after installation you can be called by d.m.v. call appointment to activate the cameras. super service, friendly people. So thanks Mario (seller) and Ronald (call appointment). o yes 1 minus point .... there are slightly too few seats to wait before it is your turn.

Ik kreeg alle ondersteuning van bij de opmaak van de offerte (advies over welke cameras, type, features, etc.. op basis van mijn prioriteitenlijstje) tot aan de (zeer snelle) levering. Prima in orde. Maar! De echte ervaring krijg je pas als er iets fout loopt. Tijdens de installatie merkte ik een klein misverstand op waardoor ik even niet verder kon. Alles was reeds geleverd en betaald maar ik kreeg opnieuw heel snel contact met de juiste mensen en het euvel was zo verholpen. Customer Delight is duidelijk de focus van deze organisatie. Succes! Excellent experience with this site and team. I received all the support from the preparation of the quotation (advice on which cameras, type, features, etc .. based on my priority list) to the (very fast) delivery. Fine. But! You only get the real experience when something goes wrong. During the installation I noticed a small misunderstanding which prevented me from going further. Everything had already been delivered and paid for, but I again got in touch with the right people very quickly and the problem was resolved. In 2019, a PTZ camera bought here for the exterior facade of a private house. Now a new solution for an existing PTZ camera in an apartment. Expert advisor Edwin made my wish come true and 'fixed' the right mix of materials. Awesome ! Well done.

Hij nam alle tijd om vanalles uit te leggen over een nieuw aan te schaffen alarmsysteem, en heeft op basis van foto's van de woning uitstekend advies gekregen. Diezelfde avond een compleet alarmsysteem + camera's gekocht, welke de volgende dag al keurig verpakt geleverd werden. Prijzen waren ook erg goed.
Na de bestelling via de mail al de handleiding van het alarmsysteem gekregen.
Heel erg tevreden, echt een aanrader!

Very extensive and well helped by Mario. He took all the time to explain everything about a new alarm system to be purchased, and has received excellent advice based on photos of the house. That same evening I bought a complete alarm system + cameras, which were delivered neatly packaged the next day. Prices were very good too.
After the order we already received the manual of the alarm system by email.
Very satisfied, highly recommended!
