★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb bloemen besteld voor een echtpaar dat 50 jaar getrouwd is (al een tijdje geleden besteld dus kon mee in de planning).Gisteren was de trouwdag en ik kreeg heel vroeg al dat door calimiteiten het afleveren niet door ging. Wat een slechte service. En de verrassing is er nu af. Ze gaan het vandaag opnieuw proberen. Ondertussen staan die bloemen al een tijdje in een doos dus die zullen ook niet meer vers zijn. Wat een slechte service. Bellen daar kom je niet doorheen en chatten lukt ook niet.
Mijn reactie is nooit meer daar iets bestellen. Dit is niet de afspraak.
 I ordered flowers for a couple that has been married for 50 years (ordered a while ago so could be included in the planning). Yesterday was the wedding day and I received very early notice that the delivery was canceled due to calamities. What a bad service. And the surprise is now gone. They are going to try again today. In the meantime, those flowers have been in a box for a while, so they will no longer be fresh. What a bad service. You can't get through it by calling and chatting doesn't work either.
My response is never order anything from there again. This is not the deal.
