U	Usman Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understocked for certain products but most of all very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. At the automatic checkout the credit card machine was not working. One of the workers came to see what the problem was. She restarted the machine but it was still not reading. She said that my card was not working but I said it was and that I even used it here at the automatic checkout before so there must be a problem with the machine. She insisted that my card had a problem and instead of checking if there was something wrong in the machine and helping me by taking me to an empty cash register to sort out my payment, she said that I had to go and wait in the line of an active cash register. I argued that it wasn't my fault with the machine not working and I spent time here scanning all of my products but she still said that I had to go and wait in the active cash register and pay there. When it was finally my turn to pay, my card was accepted. This shows that there was a fault in the other machine at the automatic checkout. Things like this happen but the worker was so unprofessional in resolving this issue!

Edit, after reply by ah I added the 5th star after the ah is replying to my comment Which definitely mean they are willing to do more for the customer, for me this is worth 7 stars and not only 5.
