★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geven geen reactie bij storingen. Na meermaals contact gezocht te hebben krijg je een halve offerte en maken ze zich drukker om een service contract dan de storing te verhelpen. Nog nooit zo een slechte service meegemaakt.
Do not respond to malfunctions. After having contacted several times, you will receive a half quotation and they will be more concerned with resolving a service contract than the malfunction. Never experienced such a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben sinds ruim een half jaar een garagedeur door Albin laten plaatsen. Er was bijna elke maand wel een storing. De monteur zei dat ze er een te lichte motor in hadden gezet die de storing veroorzaakte. Tot 2x toe heb ik er een ander bedrijf bij laten komen omdat Albin niet reageerde en onze garage deur al die tijd open bleef staan.
Zo ook in februari met strenge vorst reageerde ze niet op de gemelde storing dat de deur open bleef staan. We hebben zelf de deur weer enigszins hersteld en de zijkanten die niet op de muur aansloten opnieuw gesteld.
We have had a garage door installed by Albin for more than six months. There was an outage almost every month. The mechanic said they put in an underweight engine that caused the malfunction. Up to 2 times I had another company join because Albin did not respond and our garage door remained open all this time.
Similarly, in February with severe frost, she did not respond to the reported malfunction that the door remained open. We ourselves repaired the door to some extent and redone the sides that did not connect to the wall.
