β β β β β Pictures look good, but the book cover is very thin and poor quality. Paid over Β£50 for 3 little books and expected more. Used different providers over the years, but wouldn't want to use this one again.

β β β β β Ordered a photo book on December 9th. The website said Dec 18th was the deadline to receive in time for Christmas, so I was well on time. It's 9pm on Christmas Eve and I still haven't received anything. Will never order from them again.

β β β β β Totally not reliable when it's about recieving orders on time. Stayed awake half of the night to send the order on time (even a day earlier to make sure it's enough) and since 4 workingdays the status of my order hasn't changed. They didn't even start producing.. Contacting the customer service, they apologized and advised me to "give a digital version of the calendar". What a joke! I am super angry and definatly won't order there again!
Edit: contacted the client service via hotline. After 30min waitingtime I was told that there is nothing they can do. I even contacted the Facebook customer service. They wanted to come Back to me "by tonight" and never did...

β β β β β Worst ever experience. Over week waiting for delivery, customer service lines simply hang up the call without a word every single time. Online chatting service, never a reply.
updated December 21, Albelli reply below, you can't even write your customer service mail address correctly, that shows your service quality! 10 days awaiting for Christmas cards still no sign it is sent out, it's for sure nobody receives my xmas this year.
