★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer tevreden over deze firma, machine net enkele dagen buiten de garantie helaas en kwam er toch een mankement aan. Direct reparatie verzoek opgepakt en zelfs uiteindelijk een nieuwe machine geleverd. Dat is nog eens zaken doen met TEVREDENHEIDS-garantie :-)
Very satisfied with this company, machine just a few days outside the warranty unfortunately and there was still a defect. Received immediate repair request and even eventually delivered a new machine. That's doing business with SATISFACTION guarantee :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al 7 maanden bezig met een lullig standaard onderdeeltje voor een neolt snijmachine, waarvan bij eerste gesprek werd aangegeven "owja die gaan wel vaker kapot". In december, januari en februari inmiddels 100x excuus en sorry maar daarna weer zelfde laken en pak. Nieuwe leveringen prima, maar aftersale-service waardeloos. Neem je klanten serieus, dan behoud je ze! Je hebt mijn nummer.
Already 7 months working on a wimpy standard part for a neolt cutting machine, of which the first conversation indicated "oh yes, they often break". In December, January and February now 100x apologies and sorry but then the same sheet and suit again. New deliveries fine, but after-sales service worthless. If you take customers seriously, you will keep them! You have my number.
