★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na plaatsing van hun kozijnen meermaals contact gehad over waterlekkage dwars door de naden van de kozijnen.
Rubbers vervangen, maar recent bij een stortbui weer het water binnen staan.
Geven nu niet meer thuis en verwijzen naar een van hun dealers waar we het probleem op eigen kosten kunnen laten verhelpen. Iets met kleine lettertjes...
Blijkbaar is het normaal dat kozijnen na plaatsing niet waterdicht zijn.
After placing their frames, we had several contact about water leakage right through the seams of the frames.
Replace the rubbers, but have recently been back in the water during a downpour.
Don't care anymore and refer to one of their dealers where we can have the problem fixed at our own expense. Something with small print...
Apparently it is normal that frames are not watertight after installation.
