★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider darf der (Erwachsene) Kunde hier nicht auf die Toilette gehen, wegen Corona! Ausnahme nur für Kinder weil die 'nicht halten können'. Das es auch Erwachsene gibt die vielleicht mal/öfters ein Problem haben, wird ignoriert. Nicht besonders Kundenfreundlich. In andere Supermärkte ist das kein Problem.
 Unfortunately, the (adult) customer is not allowed to go to the toilet here, because of Corona! Exception only for children because they 'can't hold up'. The fact that there are also adults who might have a problem from time to time is ignored. Not particularly customer friendly. This is not a problem in other supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mh...was soll man jetzt zu einer ALDI Filiale schreiben. Wie immer sind die neuen oder neueren Filialen sehr sauber, dass Personal wird immer freundlich sein....weil man sich ja vielleicht schon gegenseitig kennt. So oft wie wir alle bei diesem Supermarkt einkaufen. Naja, etwas gibt es doch. Die Besucher der ALDI Filialen können meistens nicht lesen. Wenn da Schilder stehen/hängen mit dem Hinweis "Bitte 2 Meter Abstand halten", sowas wird immer gerne ignoriert. Die Masken sitzen selten richtig, ist auch so ein Ding der Besucher. Wenn ich merke ich bekomme nicht genug Luft, was mache ich dann in einem Supermarkt? Ich persönlich würde jemanden zum Einkaufen schicken. Vom Personal wünsche ich mir, dass sie die Personen mal gezielt auf die richtige Trageweise ansprechen. Denn es ist nicht nur ein Hausrecht, sondern eine durch den Gesetzgeber gegebene Verpflichtung.
Mh...what should you write about an ALDI branch now. As always, the new or newer branches are very clean, the staff will always be friendly...because you might already know each other. As often as we all shop at this supermarket. Well, there is something. Most visitors to ALDI branches cannot read. If there are signs that say "Please keep a distance of 2 meters", something like that is always gladly ignored. The masks rarely fit properly, it's also a thing of the visitors. If I find I'm not getting enough air, what am I going to do in a supermarket? I personally would send someone to do the shopping. I would like the staff to ask people specifically about the correct way to carry them. Because it is not just a house right, but an obligation given by the legislator.
